Job Description Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Digital Marketing - Web Strategy & Media Specialist responsible for driving performance across web marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, advertising channels, web analytics, and marketing automation. This role owns building comprehensive web channel strategies aligned with GE Vernova’s digital ecosystem, and champions data-driven optimization across all digital properties.
This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with various teams within Marketing, Content, and other teams to deliver accurate, timely, and engaging campaign experiences. The candidate will be an integral part of the Digital & Creative Services CoE.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated web and media channel strategies across social platforms paid search (Google Ads), programmatic display, and GE Vernova’s digital properties to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize campaign revenue.
Define and own web channel strategy aligned with GE Vernova’s broader web strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, user experience, and lead capture across all digital properties.
Own end-to-end performance of paid media and web campaigns, including budget allocation, bid strategy, creative testing, and reporting across social, search, and display channels.
Manage SEO and SEM programs including keyword research, on-page optimization, paid search bid management, and SERP performance tracking to maximize organic and paid visibility.
Leverage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to optimize cost per acquisition, measure conversion funnels, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Continuously monitor KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign and channel effectiveness.
Develop in-depth knowledge of target audiences, market trends, competitive landscape, and platform-specific best practices across paid media, web, and search ecosystems.
Proactively establish and track cohesive performance measurement frameworks across digital initiatives, bringing together channel, campaign, audience, and conversion KPIs to assess overall effectiveness. Translate performance trends and insights into actionable recommendations, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with organic social, content, web operations, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive messaging, channel alignment, and integrated campaign execution.

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, advertising, paid media and/or performance marketing
Bachelor' s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science or any other field would be relevant.
Proven experience developing and executing web channel strategies aligned with enterprise-level web platforms and digital ecosystems.
Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn advertising platform, including Campaign Manager, audience targeting, lead gen forms, and end-to-end campaign workflow within the platform
Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and resolve performance issues. Proficiency with ad platforms. Experience with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, attribution platforms). Established project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Cross-functional collaboration skills with web development and content marketing teams highly preferred. Ability to partner on landing page optimization, creative asset development, and content-driven campaign strategies to maximize paid media performance.
Experience collaborating with SEO to align paid and organic search strategies, including keyword sharing, SERP coverage optimization, and coordinated content planning to maximize overall search visibility and reduce redundant spend.
Strong command of SEO/SEM tools and best practices (SEMrush, Google Ads) with demonstrated results in improving organic rankings and paid search ROI.
Proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms to orchestrate campaigns.
Manage and liaise with external media agencies and channel partners to ensure effective execution across paid media and digital channels, with performance, spend, and optimization aligned to approved budgets and campaign objectives.
Regularly review channel performance and agency recommendations to identify opportunities, address gaps, and drive continuous optimization.
