What Makes This Role Interesting:
In this high-impact position, you will lead a dedicated sales team driving digital transformation across small and mid-market construction and engineering companies. You will serve as a strategic partner to decision-makers, combining leadership, GTM execution, and modern AI productivity tools to shape how major regional clients build for the future.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and expand market share across the Benelux region.
- Execute go-to-market strategies and robust account planning to acquire new accounts and drive portfolio expansion.
- Cultivate strong, high-level relationships with executive decision-makers across small and mid-market client organizations. Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with sales growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor insights, and detailed pipeline metrics to accurately forecast and drive results.
Your Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales leadership experience with strong strategic planning, negotiation, and executive communication abilities.
- Strong track record in driving revenue growth, short-term targets, and long-term business initiatives.
- Highly organized and proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous self-reflection and personal growth.
- Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools such as Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, and Gong.
- Near-native Dutch language skills and fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Direct sales experience within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Strong professional networking presence and social selling capabilities.
Location:
Bodegraven, Netherlands (On-site 4 days per week in office when not traveling)
Travel Requirement: Regular regional travel for customer visits.
