WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Product Development, Product Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of product development / product marketing experience within the jewelry sector.
- In-depth knowledge of precious materials (gold, platinum, diamonds, colored gemstones) and jewelry manufacturing processes (wax carving, casting, setting, polishing, plating, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple SKUs and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel (for cost modeling), and familiarity with design software (e.g., Rhino, MatrixGold, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages (French, Italian, Cantonese) are advantageous.
- A refined aesthetic sensibility, deep respect for craftsmanship, and unwavering attention to detail.
- Understanding of luxury brand values, consumer expectations, and retail dynamics.
