BASE SALARY: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
- Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, product demonstration techniques and team spirit.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Act as an ambassador of Boucheron upholding the rules, regulations, and reputation of the brand
Clienteling Initiatives:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences, occasions, and milestones, anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store client base and market presence.
Retail Operations:
- Ensure excellence of retail operations
- Participate actively on transversal store activities (VM, stock management, POS systems)
- Make sure to follow and respect guidelines to ensure compliant process and store security
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
- Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, story-telling, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and very important clienteling skills.
- Engaged, results-oriented, team spirit and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
