We are currently seeking a General Manager, Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) to lead and accelerate our business across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.

ROLE MISSION

Reporting to the President APAC, this executive leader will define and execute the regional strategy to drive sustainable growth, elevate client engagement, and develop high-performing teams across all markets. The role demands deep luxury retail expertise, strong commercial acumen, and an exceptional understanding of regional market dynamics and opportunities.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & BUSINESS GROWTH

• Define and execute the mid and long-term strategic vision for SEAO.
• Drive sustainable and profitable growth across all channels and markets.
• Leverage deep knowledge of local consumer behaviour, competitive landscapes and emerging opportunities to shape business plans.
• Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand desirability, market share and client acquisition.

RETAIL EXCELLENCE

• Lead and elevate the retail network, ensuring exceptional execution of the House's standards.
• Drive productivity, profitability and operational excellence across all boutiques.
• Champion a highly client-centric culture and ensure best-in-class luxury experiences.
• Actively support boutique leadership teams in achieving commercial and clienteling objectives.

CLIENT & BRAND DEVELOPMENT

• Strengthen long-term relationships with top clients, VICs and key stakeholders across the region.
• Partner closely with regional and global teams to maximise brand visibility and client engagement.

LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

• Build, inspire and develop high-performing teams across all markets.
• Champion a culture of feedback, inclusion, excellence and continuous learning.

WHO YOU ARE

• Significant international senior leadership experience within luxury business.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, client development and luxury consumer behaviour.
• Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asia and Oceania markets,
• Highly collaborative, capable of building alignment across diverse teams and cultures.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages would be an advantage.
