Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Client Advisor actively contributes to achieving the store's sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). They provide a unique, memorable, sophisticated, and lasting experience to both external and internal clients. In addition, they support the management team and colleagues while consistently upholding the Maison’s values, image, and standards.

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide an outstanding client experience and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
Demonstrate passion in building and maintaining client relationships by placing clients at the center of every interaction, identifying their needs, and anticipating future requests.
Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to support proactive and sustainable business growth.
Drive performance and exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients while demonstrating a genuine passion for fashion and luxury.
Build authentic and transparent relationships with clients to create unique and lasting connections.
Communicate professionally and authentically with both clients and colleagues.
Effectively utilize all available tools and resources to maximize business opportunities.
Proactively support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, contributing to their success and fostering a positive team spirit.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards

PROFILE

Previous experience delivering high-quality, client-focused service, preferably within luxury retail, fashion and accessories, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
A strong personal interest in fashion, styling, and creating personalized looks.
A natural business mindset combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Open-minded, with an appreciation for a company culture that values audacity and authenticity.
Strong team-player mentality with the ability to work towards shared goals.
Comfortable using digital tools and applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
