Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
A minimum of five years’ commercial management experience within luxury brands operating across Mainland China across all channels including e-commerce
Proven commercial acumen and capability to oversee all retail channel operations end-to-end
Track record of leading, nurturing and developing diverse talents within a matrix organisation spanning regional offices and global headquarters
Fully fluent in both English and Mandarin
Willingness to undertake travel for at least 50% of working time and accept rotational mobility assignments as required
