Job Family Description - Retail/Sales Operations:
Supports the sales process through activities that may include putting displays in place, keeping stock level inventory, managing payment transactions and conducting fittings or garment alterations.

Speciality Description - Retail/Sales Operations:
Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects, such as changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation. Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.

Role Mission

You will report to the WW Retail & Client Director and will be responsible for leading and optimizing Brioni’s retail operations in Greater China, consisting of all stores in the region. You will ensure the achievement of quantitative (turnover, KPIs) and qualitative (brand representation, client experience, people development) objectives, fully aligned with the Company’s global retail strategy and brand standards.

As the senior retail leader in the market, you will play an instrumental role in strengthening retails performance, developing high performing teams, and delivering superior luxury client experience tailored to the Greater China market, while acting as the primary interface of the Kering Group for the Region and coordinating all interactions with local stakeholders and HQ functions.

How you will contribute

Retail Network Leadership & Performance

You will lead the strategic management and performance of the Retail network in Korea, composed of three shop‑in‑shop locations within Department Stores
You will define and execute action plans to maximize sales performance, productivity, and profitability across all points of sale
You will conduct regular business reviews with Store Managers and Store teams, ensuring ownership of KPIs and performance improvement plans
• You will monitor sell through, stock levels, merchandising effectiveness, and seasonal performance in close collaboration with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams
• You will ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards across all locations

Trunkshows

You will lead the strategic development and execution of Trunk Shows as a key commercial and brand‑building initiative within the retail network, in close coordination with HQ and Department Store partners
You will ensure Trunk Shows deliver both commercial excellence and a distinctive, personalized client experience aligned with local market expectations

Retail Management

You will act as the main point of contact for Department Store partners, managing relationships to ensure optimal visibility, space allocation, and operational excellence
You will negotiate and oversee commercial and operational agreements in collaboration with HQ, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and financial objectives
You will coordinate calendars, activities, and in‑store initiatives with Department Stores to support sales performance and customer engagement

People Leadership & Development

You will lead, coach, and develop retail teams to deliver exceptional luxury client experience

You will oversee talent assessment, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives in partnership with HR
You will ensure strong product knowledge, selling excellence, and customer‑centric behaviors across all teams
You will build a high performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Client Experience & Brand Excellence

You will ensure the highest standards of client experience, tailored to the Korean luxury customer and local market expectations
You will monitor service quality, CRM execution, and client engagement initiatives in coordination with global guidelines
You will act as a brand ambassador in the market, ensuring Brioni’s identity, values, and craftsmanship are consistently represented

Profile

Strong background in luxury retail, with specific expertise in Department Store environments
Minimum 10 years of experience in Retail leadership roles
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into actions
Proven leadership and people development skills
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation retail environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
Fluent in English; Chinese
language fluency required
