What We Offer
A key role in a growing international organization
Base salary: €3500 – €5500 per month + commissions €1000 – €2000 (no upper limit)
The base salary depends on your experience and industry knowledge
Commission levels are based on agreed sales targets
Location: Vantaa, Finland – office‑first, with flexibility when needed

Your Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of your pipeline — turning new opportunities into lasting customer relationships through a consultative and solution‑driven approach.
Your success is supported by the SDR team, marketing, and our international sales organization with its tools, best practices, and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and forecast your sales pipeline
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct meetings and product demonstrations
Negotiate and close deals
Collaborate closely with SDR, marketing, and customer success teams
Maintain CRM accuracy and achieve (or exceed) your sales targets
What We Value
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in Finnish and in English
A customer‑centric and solution‑oriented mindset
Experience using CRM systems
Proactive, self‑driven attitude
Knowledge of the construction or building‑technology sector is an advantage
Goal‑oriented approach and a passion for learning and development
