Arceus is building the AI-native law firm for the next generation of category-defining companies.

We help fast-moving companies move contracts through legal at record speed, with transparency, predictable pricing, and exceptional quality.

We’re looking for a Founding GTM Lead to design and run how Arceus grows. You’ll own the GTM motion from first touch to signed customer and build the systems, narrative, and execution that turn strong early demand into a repeatable revenue engine.

This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.

This is a rare chance to:

• Build the GTM function of a generational law firm from the ground up

• Become the category leader before someone else

• Build repeatable GTM systems across inbound, outbound, events, and content

• Work directly with the founder and influence company strategy

• Own meaningful equity in a company with category-defining ambition

• Define what go-to-market looks like for an AI-native legal practice

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

We have an extraordinarily high bar and expect relentless, consistent execution. You are expected to show up every day with urgency, ownership, and a positive attitude, and to deliver results consistently.

• Own the GTM engine from first touch to signed customer through expansion

• Run fast experiments and scale what works

• Manage and generate qualified pipeline across inbound and outbound

• Own content across LinkedIn, X, social, and blogs

• Build and manage partnerships with vendors, startups, and communities

• Own events, dinners, conferences, and other brand moments

• Run client and partner gifting programs that deepen relationships and drive referrals

• Shape positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales collateral

• Build the GTM stack across CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and automation

• Turn customer and performance insights into repeatable playbooks

EXPERIENCE

• You have 4+ years at a high-growth startup as a founder or leading GTM, growth, or sales

• You can point to measurable results in pipeline, conversion, and revenue

• You think in systems and repeatable motions, not one-off campaigns

• You enjoy building from zero and pressure-testing what you build

• You own outcomes from start to finish and never drop the ball

• You’re exceptionally organized, disciplined, and process-minded

• You turn messy problems into crisp plans and move with urgency to execute them

• You respond to setbacks with resilience and find a way

• You are relentless, and will work 12+ hours per day, 6 days a week (yes, including weekends)

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Day 7: You’re onboarded and have started running your first GTM motions

• Day 14: You’re generating pipeline and seeing early results

• Day 30: You’ve identified the highest-performing channels and closed your first deals

• Day 60: You’ve built the systems to run a repeatable go-to-market motion

• Day 90: You own a predictable GTM engine that consistently produces qualified pipeline and closed revenue revenue

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $150,000–$190,000
