Main Duties and Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment.
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
Repair and replace vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, suspension systems, and exhaust systems.
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs.
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper performance.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, parts used, and labor hours.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification in Automotive Technology preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
Experience working with gas, diesel, and light commercial vehicles is an asset.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
