This is a leadership position that guides and directs the work of other security guards. The Lead Security Guard is a key point of contact for incidents and emergencies, coordinating responses and deploying resources to ensure timely and effective action. The role also involves maintaining detailed records and fostering a strong working relationship with external law enforcement and emergency services.

The Lead Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the order, safety, and security of Cherokee Nation Entertainment properties, guests, employees, and assets. This role involves supervising security personnel, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security protocols.
