About the Role

KBF is Cyncly's largest and most strategically significant business unit — spanning two distinct but complementary markets that together cover the full design-to-manufacture value chain. On the retail side, Cyncly software powers the way kitchen, bath, and furniture designers design and sell. On the manufacturing side, Cyncly software runs the production, operations, and business management of the cabinet and furniture manufacturers who bring those designs to life.

The Demand Manager for KBF Small Business (KBF SB) is part of the KBF Industry team. You will own the small business demand strategy, supporting both sales-led growth (SLG) and product-led growth (PLG) go-to-market models. You will be responsible for the growth levers, the target account and segment logic, program architectures, and the pipeline targets. You will work closely with Growth Marketing — our shared marketing engine for scaling demand channels — to execute across paid media, organic social, email, events, and field marketing. You will set the direction and work with them to deliver at scale.

You will be measured against marketing's contribution to KBF Small Business’ bookings and ecommerce targets — not on campaign volume or activity. You will work closely with the KBF Industry Demand Director where there is overlap between KBF Small Business and Mid-market + Enterprise markets. The primary goals are qualified pipeline, bookings contribution and driving the ecommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the KBF SB demand strategy, pipeline contribution

Partner with Growth Marketing for execution at scale

Drive cyncly.com as KBF SB’s digital demand and signup engine

Operate in an agentic marketing model
