Are accountable for their acts and omissions.
Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
Authority:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe

Perform in job(s) assigned, work alongside team members and supervisors in performing assigned tasks and delegated responsibilities while learning and developing business skills and acumen. Furthermore, attend program curriculum/training and demonstrate successful application of acquired skills and tools in the daily job. In all aspects of job assignments and training demonstrate role-modelling learning and development mindset, proactiveness and team play.
