Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to
Pre make ready:
- Prepare the pallets for the output sheets on the delivery section.
- Unwrap the Reels and load them on the machine – preserving the reel labels.
- Arrange the Raw Material in its designated area near the Gluing machine.
Job production:
- Assist the Operator in the machine settings.
- Arrange the new raw material in its designated area near the Gluing machine.
- Ensure that the machine is running condition during production.
- Load the reels on the machine during the machine running.
- Arrange and prepare the wooden pallets for the sheets
- Disposes of the generated waste.
- Conduct the required wrapping of the sheets on the pallet upon number of sheets completion reference to the set FJT.
- Place the pallets in their designated place.
- Make sure that his machines and the premises are clean at all time.
Assist the operator in all aspects of Gluing machine operation and housekeeping duties and operate a machine with minor supervision.
