What you'll do
Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of physical therapists and clinic support staff.
Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands-on treatment as needed.
Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with clinicians to continuously improve care.
Develop and maintain clinic processes that support operational efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.
Manage clinic performance, including budgets, productivity, and operational goals.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and the surrounding community.
Partner with organizational leadership to review clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support community outreach and initiatives that strengthen the practice's presence.
Stay current on advancements in physical therapy and encourage continued clinical development across the team.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for Physical Therapists who:
Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualification.
Have an active California Physical Therapist license or are eligible for licensure.
Bring clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
Have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Are passionate about mentoring clinicians and building a positive team environment.
Understand the importance of operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
Are comfortable using electronic medical records and clinic management technology.
Want to make a meaningful impact on both patient care and the overall success of a practice.
Previous supervisory or clinic management experience is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
