As a Business Development Manager - North & East Europe in our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.

- Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleYou will identify and engage
- high-potential customers, moonshots, and emerging market leaders, building
- strategic ecosystems that drive revenue growth through close collaboration with
- sales teams and distribution partners.
- Identify and develop new
- business opportunities, high-potential customers, moonshots, and rising stars
- across target markets and segments
Partner with Business Units, Marketing, Sales, and distribution partners to identify and qualify promising newcomers and emerging growth opportunities
- Assess
- the business potential and strategic fit of new opportunities and build compelling business cases for selected high-potential customers
Define and execute customer development strategies together with regional sales teams and distribution partners
- Engage
- directly with prospective customers, understand their business needs, and build
- relationships from an early stage
- Bring together the right internal and external stakholders to create an ecosystem
- that accelerates customer development and business growth, including
- collaboration with the Startup Cooperation team
Drive opportunities from initial identification through development, with the goal of turning high-potential prospects into sustainable revenue
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- You're
- a relationship builder with strong communication skills, combining strategic
- thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities. Your adaptability
- and collaborative approach enable you to work effectively across diverse teams
- and markets, while your resilience and persistence drive long-term partnerships
- to successful revenue outcomes.
- A degree in Business, Electronics
- or Electrical engineering or a related field is preferred
At least 3 years experience working in new Business Development, Technical Sales, Account Management or related field, preferably within technology industry
High interest in emerging technology, particularly in areas such as Robotics and AI
Ability to travel across North and East Europe
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
