Staff Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack .NET Developer with 6+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and supporting scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, React/Angular, relational databases, and DevOps practices, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving application performance and reliability, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to modern development initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines and emerging Agentic AI solutions. The candidate should be self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role :
- Analyse business requirements and user stories to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver efficient, high-performing, and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to DevOps initiatives, ensuring application stability, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior developers while promoting SDLC best practices and coding standards.
- Work effectively within cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, following modern DevOps methodologies and processes.
- Explore and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance software development practices.
- Take ownership of deliverables, demonstrating a proactive, self-driven approach with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development using React/Angular, jQuery, CSS, ASP.NET Core MVC (.NET), C#, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
- Strong expertise in relational databases, including MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in source code management and version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, and GitLab.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab Runners, along with change management platforms like JIRA.
- Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and implementations, including AI-driven automation, intelligent agents, tool/API orchestration, and AI-assisted software development workflows.
- Prior experience in IT operations support is considered an added advantage.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers, coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices.
