JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. New Sales:

• Prospecting and acquiring new leads through cold calling.
• Account Management, understanding profiles and mapping of organization.
• Disciplined Monthly, Weekly plans to meet with customers and log activity in Salesforce.
• Timely Follow-up on New Enquiries within 24 hours.
• Understand market trends, needs and competitor activities and report on a timely manner.
• Basic Presentation to prospects about BVC Services. Possess knowledge about assigned product/market.
• Preparation of Tenders, Quotation, Contract, Negotiation and closing under the guidance of Business Development Manager.
• Proper Handover to Operations & Schedulers via effective communication and documentation.
• Timely Salesforce update and clean pipeline.
• Maintaining pipeline to sales target ratio of at least 3x.
• Ability to create own dashboard, monitoring and reporting.
• Building Consultants network to gain leads.

2. Existing Customers – Baseline

• Retention of existing customers and upselling to existing customers.
• Account Management, understanding profiles and mapping of organization.
• Resolution of Customer Complaints.
• Co-ordination of regional / global contracts if assigned.
• Building Consultants network to gain leads.
• Process Quotation for Certification.
• Perform contract review in consultation with the Technical Manager.
• Any other job functions assigned from time to time.

3. Marketing

• Representing BV at Trade shows/Exhibitions and Conferences where invited.
• Brand ambassador of BV at industrial/association/professional events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Engineering or in any discipline
2. Minimum 2 years of sales & marketing working experiences in any Industrial is essential
3. Required skill(s): Good command of spoken and written in English, Malay and Mandarin
4. Great Interpersonal Skills; Customer Focused; MS Office Skills.
5. Good at establishing rapport and able to communicate with all level of people
