Kering Korea HRSS팀의 Payroll Officer로서 임직원 급여 및 관련 업무를 정확하게 운영하고, 임직원에게 효과적인 HR 서비스를 제공합니다. 급여, 4대보험, 퇴직연금, 원천세 및 연말정산 관련 업무를 담당하며, 관련 세법 및 제도 변경 사항을 파악하고 업무에 반영하여 안정적인 Payroll 운영을 지원합니다.
How you will contribute
Payroll Management
- 월 급여 산출 및 지급 업무
- 급여시스템의 급여 데이터 확인 및 관리
- 급여시스템 Interface 자료 관리
- 입/퇴사자 4대보험 취득, 상실 신고
- 근로내용확인신고, 일용근로소득 지급명세서, 출산/육아휴직 급여 신청 및 4대보험 보수총액 신고
Payroll Closing & Labor Cost Management
- 월 급여 마감 및 인건비 리포트 작성
- 월 인건비 마감 후 PAYMAP 인건비 데이터 업로드 및 PAYMAP → SAC 데이터 전송
- 급여 데이터 SAP Auto Posting
- 급여 및 인건비 데이터와 회계 데이터 간 대사 및 분석
- Finance 세무조정 및 감사 관련 인건비, 급여 자료 제공
- 세무 자문료, 급여 시스템 사용료 등 부서 관련 비용의 세금계산서 확인 및 비용 처리
Retirement Pension Management
- 월 퇴직연금 기초 자료 작성 및 관리
- 연금사별 가입자 데이터 제출 및 관련 기관 커뮤니케이션
Withholding Tax & Year-end Tax Settlement
- 월 원천세 및 지방소득세, 취업후 학자금상환 신고
- 퇴사자 중도정산
- 담당 브랜드 연말정산 프로세스 관리 및 아웃소싱 업체 데이터 전달 및 결과 확인
- 지급명세서 및 근로소득 간이지급명세서 신고
- 급여 및 세무 관련 임직원 문의 대응
Payroll System & Other Responsibilities
- Payroll 시스템 운영 및 관리
- Workday, Excel을 활용한 급여 데이터 관리 및 분석
- 세법 및 4대보험 관련 제도 변경사항 확인 및 업무 반영
- 재직/경력/소득 등 각종 증명서 발급
- 기타 Payroll 관련 업무
Who you are?
- Payroll 관련 분야 4~7년의 실무 경험
- 급여, 4대보험, 원천세 등 Payroll 관련 실무 경험
- 출산/육아휴직 및 관련 급여 신청 업무 경험
- MS Office 활용 능력
- 숫자 및 데이터 관리&분석 능력
- 인건비 관련 회계 처리 및 마감 업무에 대한 이해
- 회사 정책 및 프로세스와 관련 법규를 준수하는 업무 태도
- 정확하고 꼼꼼한 업무 수행 능력 및 책임감
- 임직원, 유관 부서 및 외부 파트너와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
- 급여 및 개인정보 등 민감정보에 대한 보안 의식
- 비즈니스 영어 활용 가능자 우대
- Payroll 아웃소싱 또는 다수 법인·브랜드의 급여 업무 경험자 우대
