BUSINESS CONTEXT:
The beauty industry is becoming increasingly competitive, with luxury brands expected to offer more distinctive, immersive and engaging brand experiences. As younger clients become more discerning across every brand touchpoint, strengthening brand equity and accelerating the recruitment of new, younger clients have become key business priorities. In this context, events play an increasingly critical role in creating meaningful client engagement and reinforcing brand leadership.

The number and scale of FBP events continue to grow significantly, including three major pop-up events, four campaign outposts/podiums, Travel Retail Airport Podiums, VVIP and Gaisho events, as well as an ephemeral pop-up space in Harajuku currently planned for 2027. This represents an estimated increase of approximately 30% versus 2025 and 20% versus 2026. As the volume and complexity of events continue to increase, the team must continue to ensure strong control of cost, quality and timelines, while consistently delivering the ultimate client experience expected from the Brand.
