Overview
We are looking for a social-first Content Creator who knows how to turn culture, trends and brand stories into content people want to watch, share and engage with. You will develop and produce creative content for a range of clients, from quick-turn social assets to campaign-led video concepts.
About the role
As a Content Creator, you will ideate, shoot, edit and deliver engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other relevant social channels. Working closely with creative, strategy, design, community, paid media and production teams, you will bring ideas to life in a way that feels native to the platform, relevant to the audience and true to each client’s brand.
You will join a fast-moving creative environment where ideas are shaped, tested and produced with agility. We are looking for someone who is both creatively curious and hands-on: confident in spotting opportunities, creating content independently and collaborating with specialists to deliver work that is culturally relevant, brand-safe and effective.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce original, high-quality social-first content, including short-form video, images, stories, UGC-style assets and campaign content.
- Handle hands-on content production, from scripting and shooting to editing and delivery.
- Star in the content you create when the concept calls for it.
- Stay close to platform updates, creator culture, social trends and audience behaviour to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, community, paid media and production colleagues to bring ideas to life.
- Contribute to creative brainstorms and campaign ideation with a strong understanding of what works in social.
- Track content performance and apply learnings to improve future concepts and executions.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a social creative agency, production company or in-house brand content team.
- A strong portfolio of social-first content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Experience with short-form video, mobile-first storytelling, shooting, editing and hands-on content production.
- A strong understanding of social platforms, trends, digital culture and audience behaviour.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple briefs, stakeholders and deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to move from concept to execution with pragmatism and creative energy.
- Fluent in Dutch and excellent English

This role will be based in Amsterdam. You are required to work from the teh Boomerang office at least 3 days a week.
