As the Key Account Manager Semiconductor (m/w/d), you will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic relationships with key customers within the semiconductor and electronics market. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and maximizing Arrow Global Components' market share across assigned accounts.

What Will You Be Doing at Arrow?

• Managing and developing a portfolio of key semiconductor and electronics customers, with a focus on long-term strategic growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with purchasing managers, engineering teams, design engineers, and decision-makers.
• Identifying design-in opportunities and supporting customers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Driving revenue growth by promoting Arrow's semiconductor portfolio, supply chain solutions, and value-added services.
• Developing and executing strategic account plans for assigned customers.
• Collaborating closely with supplier partners and internal technical specialists to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the semiconductor industry.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the resolution of commercial and operational challenges.

What Are We Looking For?

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar commercial role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electronics and/or Semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, electronic components, and design-in sales processes.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-value accounts.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Please Note

Although this is a remote role, attendance at the office in Bietigheim-Bissingen will be required every Monday. Candidates should be able to commute to the office on a weekly basis.
