Overview

Drive data-informed business decisions by delivering sales reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions that enhance commercial performance. Support sales forecasting and planning processes through analysis of current and historical business data. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to provide actionable insights and identify growth opportunities across customer segments.

Responsibilities

Deliver insightful analysis of sales, market, and business performance data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate commercial performance through KPI tracking, trend analysis, and performance measurement against business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions that provide meaningful visibility into business performance.
Consolidate and communicate sales performance results across channels, customers, and markets, presenting clear insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
Provide analytical support for sales forecasting, demand planning, and business planning processes through data-driven insights, trend analysis, and performance evaluations.
Identify business opportunities, risks, and performance improvement areas through comprehensive analysis of sales, customer, product, and market data.
Deliver customized reporting and analytical recommendations to support commercial initiatives, business development, and growth strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Credit Control to ensure alignment of business priorities and objectives.
Support distributor and partner performance management through the development of reporting frameworks, performance reviews, and actionable business insights.
Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to support commercial strategy and identify opportunities for market expansion and performance optimization.
Drive reporting automation, analytical innovation, and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-support capabilities.
Ensure the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of reporting solutions while continuously adopting best practices in analytics and data visualization.

Qualifications

High Education in Business Administration or related fields;
Working experience: min 2 years in similar position with international FMCG or strong local company;
MS Office advanced skills (Excel, PPT); Power BI will be advantage;
Analytic and reporting experience;
Excellent communication & organizational / planning skills;
Ability to be self-sufficient and proactive;
Language: Fluent in Georgian; English B2+
