- Oracle is seeking an experienced Managing Counsel to provide strategic legal advice supporting the development, expansion, and operation of data center and network infrastructure for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
You will partner with business leaders across data center development, real estate, networking, engineering, procurement, finance, and operations to structure and negotiate complex infrastructure transactions. This role combines hands-on legal execution with strategic leadership, helping Oracle deliver infrastructure capacity while managing commercial, operational, and regulatory risk.
