Job Opportunity | Back Office / Sales Support
We are looking for a Back Office / Sales Support professional to join our team and provide administrative and operational support to the Sales function.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of commercial processes, from preparing quotations and processing orders to coordinating with customers and internal departments.
Your main responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals and customer orders.
- Enter, maintain and update relevant information in the company’s management systems.
- Manage commercial documentation related to customers, orders and projects.
- Monitor orders, delivery schedules and related issues.
- Communicate with customers and respond to enquiries regarding orders, documentation and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and other internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, documentation and commercial information.
- Support invoicing activities and related administrative follow-up.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other Sales-related administrative tasks.
What are we looking for?
- Higher Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Business Administration and Finance, International Trade, or a related field. A university degree in Business Administration or a similar field will also be valued.
- Previous experience in Back Office, Sales Support, Customer Service or administrative positions.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems will be considered an advantage.
- B2 level of English or above, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
