Do you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and making people feel welcome? At Holiday Inn Dandenong, we're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and service-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our Food and Beverage team.
A little taste of your day-to-day
- Deliver friendly and professional service across our restaurant, bar, room service, and conference and events functions.
- Take food and beverage orders and respond to guest needs.
- Prepare restaurant and function areas for service.
- Assist with food preparation, minibar operations and stock control.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the Holiday Inn guest experience.
What we're looking for
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café or hotel is highly desirable.
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- The ability to undertake the physical requirements of the role, including lifting and moving items up to 23 kg.

Food and Beverage Attendant – Holiday Inn Dandenong We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant on casual basis to join our team at Holiday Inn Dandenong. In this role, you will provide welcoming and efficient food and beverage service across our restaurant, bar, room service, and conference and events functions. Your responsibilities will include taking guest orders, preparing service areas, assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, supporting stock control, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a busy hotel environment. Previous hospitality experience and a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate are highly desirable and required, respectively.
