Job Summary

Role Description 

We are looking for experienced C++ / PyTorch AI Framework Engineers to develop, debug and validate components of an AI software stack targeting hardware accelerators. 

The role requires hands-on C++ and Python development, framework debugging, testing and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance PyTorch and AI framework components. 

  • Implement and maintain software using C++ and Python. 

  • Analyze and resolve complex software defects. 

  • Implement and debug deep-learning operators and related functionality. 

  • Develop unit and integration tests. 

  • Execute automated and manual validation. 

  • Analyze test failures and regressions. 

  • Verify functional and numerical correctness. 

  • Prepare code patches and technical analysis. 

  • Identify dependencies on other components and document actionable defects/tasks. 

  • Participate in code reviews, planning and engineering discussions.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong C++ programming. 

  • Good Python programming. 

  • Linux software-development experience. 

  • Understanding of deep-learning frameworks and concepts. 

  • Good software debugging and root-cause analysis skills. 

  • Unit/integration-testing experience. 

  • Git/source-control experience. 

  • Ability to independently deliver assigned engineering tasks. 

  • Good English communication skills. 

Other Requirements

  • Hands-on PyTorch development. 

  • PyTorch tensors/operators. 

  • GPU/accelerator development. 

  • CUDA, SYCL, oneAPI, ROCm or OpenCL. 

  • HPC / numerical computing. 

  • Numerical correctness and floating-point concepts. 

  • CMake, GDB and pytest. 

  • Open-source development experience.
