In this position...
This role will focus on three main areas: Learning, Strategizing, Delivering. Each Supply Chain vulnerability has a unique business problem that requires thinking through “How do we best solve this to protect Ford?”. Each day is a new “case study” in Supply Chain continuity. Our team jointly works a strategy using modeling we’re creating through our internal feedback loops & learning. The result will be driving approval and launch of our resilience plans to protect Ford.
This role has regular exposure to senior leadership within Ford. Candidates are expected to be comfortable presenting complex material in a concise, data-driven way and should have aspirations for upward mobility within Ford.
