Lifecycle Services Spare Parts Coordinator

Provide accurate, timely quotations and follow up opportunities to maximise spare parts sales.
Process and coordinate customer orders efficiently, working with procurement and project teams to meet delivery deadlines.
Maintain clear communication with customers, responding promptly to enquiries and advising of any delays.
Keep ERP and CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring reliable order tracking and reporting.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
Support timely invoicing and follow up customer payments with the finance team.
Improve spare parts procedures to reduce delays, minimise errors and strengthen departmental efficiency.

The Spare Parts Coordinator manages customer enquiries, quotations and spare parts orders from initial request through to delivery. Working closely with procurement, projects and finance, the role ensures timely order fulfilment, keeps customers informed and maintains accurate sales records. It also supports sales reporting, departmental administration and process improvements to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
