Lead Mechanical (O&M) is responsible for overseeing Mechanical engineering and maintenance operations for Hydro and PSP Assets within the organization. This position is crucial for ensuring that Mechanical works taken up at Plants are completed on time and within budget, and that all Mechanical systems comply with industry standards, prudent O&M practices and applicable regulations. This role supports and guides site teams for all major Mechanical works taken up at Plant. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal power generation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement within the Hydro and PSP Assets.
