Job Purpose: The Executive - Billing Engineer - Civil / Services is responsible for managing cost estimation, billing, and quantity surveying for civil and service-related projects. This role includes preparing accurate quantity estimates, verifying contractor bills, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting project financial documentation. The Executive will collaborate with project teams to optimize budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting, ensuring project delivery within defined budgets and timelines.

The Executive - QSE Engineer Services / Civil is responsible for quantification, estimation, budgeting, and cost management of both mechanical, electrical, and civil works across real estate construction projects at Adani Realty. This role involves evaluating project drawings, preparing accurate cost estimates, monitoring budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions, managing risks, and supporting project execution within financial constraints. The position requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure precise and efficient project execution.
