Work Schedule:

Part-time, 90% FTE (36 hours per week). Hours are 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. Position requires every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:

UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to:

Provide compassionate care to elderly patients and support their families.
Provide medical care, take vitals, administer medications and monitor residents

Qualifications

Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required
High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred

Work Experience

1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred

Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Upon Hire Required
