As a member of Citco’s in-house Group Legal function, you will support the Senior Legal Team in providing legal support across Citco’s international business. Working closely with Senior Legal Team members based in the UK and Spain, together with colleagues across Citco’s international offices, you will develop a broad understanding of corporate governance, KYC requirements and legal operations within an international financial services group.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in in-house legal practice, with increasing exposure to wider legal work including commercial contracts, employment matters, regulatory projects and corporate transactions as your experience develops. The Legal Officer position is based in Pune and reports to the Legal Counsel within Citco's Group Legal department. The role involves supporting the Senior Legal Team with corporate governance, KYC compliance, and legal operations across Citco's international financial services business.
Key responsibilities
include managing confidential ownership information, coordinating statutory filings, maintaining corporate records, and assisting with legal projects such as financing transactions and regulatory matters. This position offers an excellent foundation in in-house legal practice with exposure to commercial contracts, employment matters, and corporate transactions as experience develops.
