The University of Tennessee Health Sciences College of Pharmacy invites applications and nominations for the position of Chair of the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Translational Science (CPTS). The Chair will serve as the department's senior academic and administrative leader and will advance excellence in education, research, clinical practice, service, and professional engagement. The CPTS Department comprises more than 40 faculty members dedicated to the tripartite mission of clinical care, education, and research.
Reporting to the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, the Chair will provide strategic, collaborative, and fiscally responsible leadership for faculty and programs across the College’s campuses in Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville. The successful candidate must currently hold the rank of full Professor or possess credentials sufficient for appointment as full Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences. This is a full-time tenure-track position.
