* This is a temporary position (8 months)

Purpose: The main role is to support administrative tasks related to the Sales team.

Core Responsibilities:

Internal support: 

• Internal cross-functional end-to-end communication centre for customers.
• Generate requested reports or update data in the system for Key Account Managers (KAMs).
• Onboarding new KAMs for system training.  

System support:

• Maintain new and existing customer master data in the system.
• Responsible for generating regulatory documents (e.g. SDS, halal certification, product specifications, etc.) for customers upon request.
• Support new item quotations in the system; prepare quotation letters for customers and maintain an updated quotation database for customers for existing items (when Sales is on leave/ on business trip).

Customer support:

• Customer contact point for document requests, all flavours legislation matters (raw material questionnaires, etc.).
• Customer visit preparation
• Managing & monitoring the customer portal (If requested). 

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related majors
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience
• Good English communication
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficient with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
• Possess initiative, proactivity, and ability to multitask
• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and openness to learning
• Good organisational and project management skills
• Able to handle highly confidential information.
