The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor provides technical and people leadership to a team of Manufacturing Engineers. This position is responsible for supporting daily engineering activities, leading improvement initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects.
The successful candidate applies strong engineering knowledge to solve technical challenges, lead complex projects, and support quality investigations and root cause analyses. This individual works effectively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Validation to achieve business and operational goals.
In addition to technical responsibilities, this position is responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing engineers. The ideal candidate demonstrates genuine interest in team engagement, employee development, and performance improvement while fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
