Sinclair is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join KABB and WOAI-TV in providing front-line, on-site, day-to-day HR support. The HR Manager will also support our station in Corpus Christi, TX. The HR Manager provides on-site, practical, day-to-day guidance across each of the functional areas of human resources including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations, training, and performance management. The successful candidate brings three to five years of human resources experience in a fast-paced environment, along with sound judgment, clear communication, reliable follow-through, and strong attention to detail.
