Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Agent Fleet Back Office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of Goodyear Fleet Services operations. You will take ownership of fleet contract administration, master data maintenance, billing activities, and operational support for fleet customers and service providers.
Working closely with Front Office Agents, the Truck Team, and other internal stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality service, coordinate complex activities across your cluster, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the end-to-end administration of fleet contracts and master data, including customer and vendor setup, contract loading, billing configuration, functional locations, vehicle and fleet updates, and pricing maintenance in SAP and FOS.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing by performing pre-invoicing checks, resolving incomplete documentation, handling invoice queries and claims, managing mileage billing, and supporting month-end closing activities.
- Manage customer and operational requests related to invoices, pricing, sales orders, fleet maintenance, customer bonuses, and other service-related activities.
- Support key operational processes, including vendor and self-billing setup, SAP activation, job monitoring, service provider invoice validation, intercompany transactions, and issue resolution.
- Manage casing-related activities, including pricing, grade maintenance, purchase order creation, reporting, collections, and sales and vendor invoice administration.
- Perform and coordinate quarterly FOS regression testing, maintain system settings, troubleshoot operational issues, manage user administration, and coordinate testing activities across the assigned cluster.
- Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for the team, supporting junior colleagues and new joiners, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and working closely with Front Office Agents and the Truck Team to deliver excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, operations support, or a back-office environment, including at least 1 year of experience in a Fleet Back Office Agent role.
- Experience working with SAP is preferred, along with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English and proficiency in French language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive process efficiencies.
- Ability to follow structured procedures, manage multiple priorities, work accurately, and consistently meet deadlines.
- A proactive and independent working style, with the confidence to take ownership, use initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- A collaborative and customer-focused team player with strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and a strong performance record with no major escalations.
