Under the overall supervision of the Program Manager (Site Management & Site Development), the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of, and providing technical assistance to, the Site Management and Site Development (SMSD) program activities of IOM Bangladesh. The candidate will assist the Program Manager with project development, donor reporting, management of implementing partners, and support Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities in coordination with the M&E technical expert, as outlined below: 

Under the overall supervision of the Program Manager, the selected candidate will support the implementation of IOM Bangladesh’s Site Management and Site Development (SMSD) programme through project development, donor reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and financial and resource oversight. The role will also provide technical guidance to implementing partners, strengthen partner capacity, advance localization, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery in line with IOM and donor requirements.
