HR Services Delivery Specialist - Social Security Operation

The IMSS Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate employee social security records and ensuring timely reporting of all mandatory employee movements to government authorities. This role supports payroll operations by validating social security calculations, coordinating IMSS and INFONAVIT payments, managing audits, preparing regulatory reports, and responding to authority requirements. The position works closely with HR, Payroll, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Responsible for managing Social Security and INFONAVIT processes, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor and social security regulations. Supports payroll operations through data validation, audits, reporting, and analysis of IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements.
