The Regional Ecommerce Marketing Associate Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance the company's online presence, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role involves ensuring digital presence, developing consistent brand messaging, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all digital channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Digital Marketing Agencies: Oversee digital marketing agencies to execute online advertising campaigns (including Onsite Ads, CPAS, etc.), optimize search strategies, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy and messaging in ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada, that aligns with the brand's goals and values.
- Content Creation: Create and manage content that reflects the brand's voice, tone, and style, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and more.
- Social Media Management: Work with e-commerce customer Marketeers to engage with and manage audiences on social media platforms to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute brand-focused FOCO campaigns to enhance brand’s reach and engagement during ecommerce shopping festivals.
- Affiliate Partnerships: Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, Key Opinion Sellers and Key Opinion Consumers to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure the impact of brand-focused FOCO campaigns and activities through analytics and make data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
- Market Share Analysis: Work with sales managers and ecommerce customer marketeers to analyze sales and market share data to identify trends, monitor product performance, and make informed, data-driven decisions to stay ahead of competition.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of ecommerce marketing experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, Agencies or Ecommerce Platform.
- Proven track record in digital marketing and shopping campaign experience.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as GMV, ROAS, conversion, and traffic drivers
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze dashboards and translate insights into actions.
