Job Description

Mondrian Gold Coast is a luxury lifestyle hotel positioned at the intersection of design, culture, wellness and modern hospitality. The hotel houses elevated accommodation, Ciel Spa, premium event spaces and destination dining, attracting both leisure and corporate audiences. Recent winner of the QHA Awards Best Meeting & Events Venue in Queensland

This is not a basic social media coordinator role. You'll own digital content and campaigns across Rooms, Ciel Spa and Conferences & Events — creating content, managing paid media, building EDM campaigns and tracking SEO performance across the hotel's digital ecosystem.

THE ROLE

• As Social Media & Digital Executive, you'll take hands-on and onsite ownership of:

• Social media management and content creation across @mondriangoldcoast and @cielspaburleighheads

• On-site content capture (photo and video) — you'll be on the floor regularly, shooting and directing

• Paid advertising campaign management across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• End-to-end EDM creation and deployment via Revinate

• SEO monitoring, reporting and optimisation

• Weekly performance reporting across all digital channels

• Supporting visibility and lead generation for Conferences, Events and Weddings

• Creative support for special events/onsite activations

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and manage monthly content calendars

• Capture on-site iPhone content with a professional, aesthetic edge

• Write captions aligned to luxury tone of voice

• Schedule and publish content; manage community engagement

• Monitor competitor brands and emerging platform trends

• Film and photograph across guest rooms, spa treatments, event setups and wedding styling

• Edit short-form vertical video in CapCut or equivalent

• Plan shoots, develop concepts, source styling props and direct staff or models

• Build and manage Meta and Google campaigns across Rooms, Spa, Events and Weddings

• Create paid ad creative — static and video

• Monitor performance, optimise delivery and reallocate budgets across sub-brands

• Build, segment and deploy EDM campaigns via Revinate

• Monitor organic search performance, keyword rankings and traffic trends

• Weekend content creation across the asset
