What your day may look like:

Assemble and populate printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies
Perform soldering, wire preparation, crimping, terminating, and component installation
Read and follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and Bills of Material (BOMs)
Use hand tools and light power tools to complete assembly work
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and reliability standards are met
Work in an ESD-controlled environment while maintaining a safe and organized workspace
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to continuously improve processes and products

This posting outlines the primary responsibilities of the role, but is not all-inclusive; additional duties may be assigned in alignment with business needs.

To thrive in this role, you have:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in electronics assembly, PCB assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field
Ability to read assembly drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation
Basic soldering experience and familiarity with electronic components
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Basic computer skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Frequently required to climb stairs, steps, and ladders

The pay range for this position is $16.40/hr - $21.30/hr per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
