You do not wait to be told what needs doing. When an interview is about to fall through the cracks or a scheduling conflict is brewing, you see it coming and fix it before anyone else notices.
You are comfortable working in a technical environment where the people you support are deep in their work and need you to handle the coordination so they do not have to think about it. Ambiguity does not slow you down. If something is unclear, you ask the right person, get the answer, and move. You know how to prioritize when five things need your attention at once, and you are the kind of person who finds satisfaction in making other people's days run more smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate interview scheduling for engineering candidates, managing logistics across multiple interviewers, time zones, and calendars
- Manage and maintain schedules for engineering leadership and team members, balancing competing priorities and last minute changes
- Organize and coordinate team meetings, events, and logistics for an engineering team of approximately 100 people
- Serve as the central point of contact for scheduling requests, calendar conflicts, and coordination needs across the team
- Track and manage interview pipelines, ensuring candidates move through the process without delays or scheduling gaps
- Support administrative needs for the team including meeting preparation, logistics coordination, and operational tasks as they arise

What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, scheduling coordination, or operations roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing competing priorities
- Proficiency with calendar management tools, email systems, and standard office software
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, engineers, and leadership
- Experience supporting technical teams or working in a corporate environment is a plus
- Fluency in Korean and English is preferred
