Key Responsibilities
Support Market and Competitor Monitoring
- Help monitor beauty, luxury, retail, consumer, and competitor trends across Emerging Markets.
- Gather and consolidate market information from internal and external sources.
- Prepare concise summaries of key market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and local activations.
- Help identify relevant examples of launches, campaigns, retail initiatives, and consumer engagement activities across markets.
Support Go-to-Market and Launch Coordination
- Assist in tracking key launch plans, timelines, toolkits, and deliverables across Emerging Markets.
- Support the preparation of go-to-market follow-up documents and presentation materials for internal meetings.
- Help consolidate market feedback on global assets, campaign materials, launch plans, and activation needs.
- Assist in tracking key milestones, deadlines, and follow-ups related to marketing and launch planning.
Support Brand Execution and Best Practice Sharing
- Support the collection of best practices, market case studies, and successful local initiatives.
- Help prepare best practice decks and summaries to share learnings across Emerging Markets.
- Assist in documenting examples of locally relevant brand execution and consumer engagement.
- Contribute to improving visibility of market initiatives and supporting knowledge sharing across the region.
Assist with Cross-Functional Coordination
- Help follow up on action points, timelines, and information requests.
- Maintain project trackers, shared documents, and planning tools to ensure information is clear, accurate, and up to date.
- Support communication and coordination between internal stakeholders to help ensure smooth execution of priorities.
Support Business Presentations and Team Deliverables
- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, recap documents, and meeting materials.
- Support the consolidation of market feedback, competitor insights, and internal updates.
- Help ensure that documents and presentations are well-structured, visually clear, and accurate.
- Assist the team with ad hoc projects related to regional marketing, market execution, consumer trends, brand initiatives, or go-to-market follow-up.
Profile / Qualifications
- Currently completing a Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, International Business, Luxury Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken; French or another language is a plus.
- Strong interest in beauty, luxury, consumer trends, retail, brand strategy, and international markets.
- First internship experience in marketing, business analysis, luxury, beauty, retail, FMCG, project coordination, or international business is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with information, data, and market insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, well-structured documents.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams in an international environment.
- Proactive, curious, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
