Main Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, analytical performance and incident reports to improve service quality and operational performance.
- Proactive and immediate response to customer requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate linehaul, flight schedule, and space-allocation information to support operational strategies, sales tools, and specific customer needs.
- Requisite/book airline capacity on appropriate flights at the most advantageous linehaul rates, including ad-hoc linehaul purchases.
- Represent DHL in airline-related communications, build strong airline relationships, and activate contingency plans when required.
- Manage day-to-day linehaul administration, including report generation, ULD tracking, bagging and routing guide maintenance, and contingency database maintenance.
- Analyze operational issues, make timely and sound decisions, manage risks, and drive measurable results through effective planning and prioritization.
- Collaborate effectively across teams and functions, influence decisions through value-added input, communicate clearly, demonstrate accountability, and maintain effective performance under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
- Strong forecasting and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis and be based in the Soewarna Business Park area.
- Candidates must be able to meet the legal requirement to work in Indonesia
