The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing the WHT application. You will work across both front-end and back-end development, building intuitive React interfaces, scalable Node.js services, APIs, and end-to-end business workflows. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with business and technology teams to translate functional requirements into reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React
- Build and maintain scalable back-end services using Node.js
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support application functionality and system integrations
- Develop and maintain end-to-end business workflows for the WHT application
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization across front-end and back-end components
- Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
- Ensure application security, code quality, reliability, and maintainability through engineering best practices
- Support application deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or Software Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end development
- Strong experience developing back-end applications and services using Node.js
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, data structures, and application integration
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern software development practices
- Experience working with cloud-based environments and application deployment is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
