The Senior Supply Chain Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for recruiting CDL drivers, transportation professionals, and Distribution Center leadership talent across AutoZone's supply chain network. This role partners closely with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and attract top talent that supports operational excellence and business growth. As an ambassador of AutoZone's culture, the Senior Recruiter champions the Company's values of Puts Customers First, Cares about People, and Helps Teams Succeed while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The role also ensures compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations and leverages data-driven insights to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.

Key Highlights:

Lead strategic recruiting initiatives for CDL and distribution roles
Ensure regulatory compliance and system integrity
Collaborate with Operations, HRIS, and Supply Chain leadership
Drive performance through KPIs and SLAs
Manage recruitment systems (TenStreet, Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
