ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary: The HIM Technician/Coder provides assistance/backup with ICD-10-CM coding. Codes and abstracts all Residential discharges. Assembles and analyzes all Residential discharges. Monitors physician deficiencies/delinquencies and discharge summary completion daily.
